Efficient, methodical and effective Project Management is one of the key’s to IPI’s success. In any large network project, there is a myriad of information to effectively manage in order to deliver the solution on time. Carrier installations, hardware delivery, pre-configurations, change management, on site staffing, - the list is endless and often fluid.

The IPI Project Management Team is second to none in the UK. Working to PRINCE II methodology, they have won praise from many customers for the efficient, organised and controlled way they have delivered even the largest of projects. When IPI project management is used, defined lines of responsibility are drawn, There is no finger pointing with IPI – if we manage a solution, then the buck stops with us.

Full contingency is built into our delivery timescales from the start. If a customer wishes, it will be IPI’s complete responsibility to ensure a working solution from start to finish – again irrespective of carriers, technology or manufacturer. Testament to this are the letters of commendation we have received from customers such as the GMB Union, Sanctuary Housing and Phoenix Healthcare – some of the most complex networks in the UK.

Strict customer signoff procedures allied to a customer focused approach means that IPI engineers do not leave any site until a solution is in and working to our customers’ satisfaction.
