Carrier installations, hardware delivery, pre-configurations, change management, on site staffing; the list is endless and often fluid.

The IPI Project Management Team has repeatedly won praise from customers for the efficient, organised and controlled way they have delivered even the largest of projects. IPI project management means defined lines of responsibility are drawn; if we manage a solution then the buck stops with us. IPI takes complete responsibility to ensure a working solution from start to finish, irrespective of carriers, technology or manufacturer.

Support and Management

All IPI solutions are monitored 24x7x365 by some of the most advanced network and appliance monitoring solutions available to date. We work on the basis that our customer’s expectation is that IPI will be aware of network related issues and working towards a resolution before reporting back to them about progress made.

This high level of proactive support means the balance is in favor of outbound communications to our customers from our Network Operations Centre providing regular and appropriate levels of information.
