Field Service Engineer
The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced network engineer to join our operations team as a Field Service Engineer. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will have responsibility of providing 2nd line support for our increasing customer base, as well as installing and fault finding our customer site equipment. You will also provide out of hours on call support.
The Right Candidate
Preferably qualified to CCNA/CCNP level, you will have excellent working knowledge of Cisco Routing and switching. A desire to learn is paramount as is a level of dedication and tenacity in order to see a task through from start to finish.
Location
This role is based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. However, you will need to travel to customer sites across the North of England when needed.
